Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a strong background in warehouse operations? Nadesico Nickel Industry is seeking a professional Mandarin Translator to join our expanding team in Morowali Utara. In this critical role, you will act as the primary communication bridge between our management team, operational staff, and international partners, ensuring that warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for operational staff and management.
- Facilitate effective communication during warehouse meetings, safety training, and daily shift briefings.
- Assist in the documentation and translation of warehouse logs, inventory reports, and shipping manifests.
- Support logistics managers in coordinating internal stock transfers and supplier communications.
- Ensure technical instructions and safety protocols from Mandarin-speaking expatriates are clearly understood by local personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive operational data and business documentation.
- Participate in periodic facility audits to bridge communication gaps during inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Linguistics, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; HSK level 4 or higher is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) for daily reporting purposes.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure industrial environment with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Morowali Utara, Sulawesi Tengah.
