Nadesico Nickel Industry is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Translator (Mandarin) to join our dynamic warehouse operations team in Morowali Utara. In this role, you will bridge the communication gap between our international management team and local staff, ensuring that technical documents, safety protocols, and daily operational logs are communicated accurately and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and warehouse manuals from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice-versa).
- Facilitate clear communication between Chinese expatriate engineers/managers and local operational personnel during daily meetings.
- Assist in drafting, translating, and maintaining accurate warehouse logistics reports and inventory documentation.
- Interpret verbal communications during site visits, inspections, and safety training sessions.
- Provide linguistic support for the onboarding and integration of new international staff members.
- Ensure terminology accuracy regarding mechanical parts, warehouse equipment, and industrial safety regulations.
- Support the administration department with correspondence and cultural mediation to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; HSK 5 or 6 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a translation or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of technical and industrial terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholder interactions.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure in a remote industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document translation and reporting.
- Willingness to be stationed in Morowali Utara, Sulawesi Tengah.
