Industri Abadi Jaya is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Translator/Interpreter to join our operations in Maluku Utara. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our local team and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and operational transparency.
You will play a pivotal role in high-stakes negotiations, technical briefings, and daily operational coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, technical manuals, and business correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, site inspections, and negotiation sessions.
- Act as a liaison between foreign management teams and local Indonesian staff to ensure clear communication.
- Accompany expatriate staff during site visits to facilitate communication with local contractors and authorities.
- Prepare written reports, minutes of meetings, and summaries of discussions with high accuracy.
- Ensure that all translations maintain professional, technical, and industry-specific terminology.
- Assist in resolving communication breakdowns that may impact operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mandarin Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with HSK Level 5 or 6 certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of professional business ethics and cross-cultural communication etiquette.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Willing to be stationed in Maluku Utara.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
