In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our management team and operational staff, ensuring seamless communication that drives productivity and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and daily operational briefings.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and internal correspondence between Mandarin and Indonesian (or English).
- Facilitate effective communication between expatriate management and local employees to ensure harmony and efficiency.
- Accompany management during site visits or external meetings as a translator.
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual reports and project documentation.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive company information.
- Support cross-departmental coordination to resolve communication gaps in the production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Translation Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and Indonesian; strong proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in both written and spoken translation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karawang, West Java.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and common office software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
