Optik Winsee is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mandarin Translator / Mandarin Speaker to join our expanding team in Jakarta. As our business continues to grow, we require a dedicated professional to bridge the communication gap, ensuring that our corporate strategies and daily operations are executed with precision and linguistic accuracy.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for cross-cultural communication, working closely with various departments to align our business goals with international standards. We are looking for an individual who is not just fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, but someone who understands the nuances of business communication and possesses the proactive attitude necessary to thrive in a fast-paced retail and corporate environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary bridge for verbal and written communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams.
- Translate internal business documents, reports, and strategic presentations accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between management and operational departments to ensure business alignment.
- Support daily administrative tasks and contribute to the development of business strategies through effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Attend meetings and provide real-time interpretation services to ensure clarity in decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports or correspondence for cross-border collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is highly preferred) and Indonesian.
- Prior experience in a translation or administrative support role is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
