Tanggung Jawab
- Translate various business documents, including contracts, technical reports, and marketing materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Provide high-quality interpretation during management meetings, client calls, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure that all translations maintain the original meaning, tone, and professional context of the source document.
- Proofread and edit internal content to guarantee linguistic accuracy and compliance with company style guides.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with international departments to facilitate seamless communication and project workflows.
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology to ensure precision in specialized technical or legal translations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Translator or Interpreter (Mandarin/Indonesian/English).
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and excellent proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian.
- Strong command of business terminology and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and translation-assisted software tools.
- Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence and adaptability in a multicultural office setting.
