Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional to join our team in Semarang as a Translator and Sales Mandarin. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who excels in both linguistic precision and commercial communication. In this dual-function role, you will act as a vital bridge between our local operations and Mandarin-speaking partners, ensuring seamless communication while actively driving business growth through sales initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is not only fluent in Mandarin but also possesses the negotiation and interpersonal skills required to thrive in a competitive business environment. You will be instrumental in translating technical documentation, facilitating high-level meetings, and executing sales strategies that align with our company's expansion goals in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary interpreter/translator for business meetings, conferences, and daily operations between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers.
- Translate business documents, contracts, and marketing materials accurately while maintaining professional nuance.
- Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales and expand our market presence in the Semarang region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Mandarin-speaking business partners and clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate communication of product specifications and sales requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation in both Mandarin and Indonesian to support management decision-making.
- Provide cultural mediation to ensure effective collaboration and avoid communication gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Literature, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and Indonesian is mandatory; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in translation and/or sales roles, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of business culture in both Indonesia and China.
- Willing to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
