Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, reports, and emails accurately from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, conferences, or video calls involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Ensure all translations maintain the original tone, intent, and professional context of the source document.
- Collaborate with internal departments to localize training materials, policies, and operational manuals.
- Review and proofread translated content to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and client data during translation processes.
- Support cross-departmental communication to facilitate seamless operations between local and Mandarin-speaking teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Native or C2 proficiency level in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong command of Indonesian and English is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional translation or interpretation role, preferably in a corporate or fintech environment.
- Ability to understand and adapt to complex business jargon and terminology.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple translation requests simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and translation software/tools.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
