VG Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Transport 3PL Sourcing Generalist to optimize our logistics operations in Metro Manila. As the critical liaison between our organization and third-party logistics providers, you'll drive supply chain efficiency through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and performance optimization. This role requires a proactive professional who can navigate complex logistics landscapes while ensuring cost-effective solutions and seamless operational integration.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish KPIs for 3PL partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary liaison between company and 3PL providers for transportation services
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified 3PL partners through RFQ processes
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs ensuring cost efficiency and service quality
- Monitor 3PL performance through KPI tracking and regular audits
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and service failures
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on logistics optimization
- Research market trends to identify innovative sourcing opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL sourcing or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and data analysis tools
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience
- Knowledge of Philippine logistics regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
