Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily transport schedules to ensure the timely delivery of all shipments.
- Communicate proactively with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve any operational issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of daily runs, delivery notes, and driver logs.
- Monitor fleet performance and coordinate routine maintenance to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Process and verify all necessary documentation, including invoices and bills of lading.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transport coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transport Administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transport management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 6:00pm.
