Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily transport schedules, ensuring optimal route planning and on-time delivery performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the AU team regarding shipping status, delivery milestones, and supply chain inquiries.
- Proactively monitor shipments to identify potential delays and implement effective resolution strategies in real-time.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and transparency.
- Maintain detailed logs of transport activities and generate performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with local delivery partners and drivers to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies, including billing issues, delivery exceptions, and scheduling conflicts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transport coordination, dispatching, or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with international teams, specifically within the Australian market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- High proficiency in logistics software, fleet management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
