Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and optimize freight routes for maximum efficiency
- Manage shipment documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery confirmations
- Monitor real-time cargo movement using TABS system and proactively address transit delays
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate transport records and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align transportation with inventory needs
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo and logistics coordination
- Proficiency in transport management systems (TABS) and logistics software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation processes
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder coordination
- Problem-solving aptitude for addressing transport disruptions
- Knowledge of Philippine transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
