Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily vehicle scheduling and dispatch for optimal delivery efficiency
- Monitor transport routes and timelines to ensure punctual deliveries
- Maintain accurate transport documentation including logs, permits, and delivery confirmations
- Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and clients to resolve transport-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transport laws
- Optimize vehicle utilization and route planning to minimize costs
- Prepare regular transport performance reports and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with diploma in logistics/transport management preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in transport coordination or logistics role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of Malaysian transport regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
