Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transport schedules and optimize routing for maximum efficiency
- Monitor fleet operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage documentation including delivery orders, manifests, and compliance records
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve operational issues
- Track shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Analyze transport data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams for integrated logistics planning
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in transport coordination or logistics operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in transport management software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or above)
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities
