Asticom is seeking a highly skilled Transport Engineer to join our dynamic team in Central Visayas. In this role, you will play a critical part in the backbone of our connectivity solutions, ensuring that our network infrastructure is robust, scalable, and performing at its peak.
As a Transport Engineer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end assessment, strategic planning, and technical approval of backhaul and transport capacity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless site integration and optimize network performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end assessments of transport network requirements.
- Plan and design backhaul solutions to ensure optimal site integration.
- Analyze network capacity and implement scaling strategies to meet operational demands.
- Review and provide technical approval for transport infrastructure project proposals.
- Collaborate with field and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve transport-related bottlenecks.
- Monitor network traffic trends to ensure stability and quality of service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and capacity reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in transport network engineering or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Proficiency in transport network technologies (e.g., Microwave, Fiber Optic, DWDM).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity planning tools and network modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site integration projects simultaneously.
- Licensed Engineer (ECE) is highly preferred.
