Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport network design or logistics management

- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and environmental standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) preferred
