Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with multiple carriers, negotiate rates, and monitor performance.
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Track and resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in transport and logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Iloilo.
