- Manage daily transport operations across multiple carrier networks
- Coordinate with freight partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Monitor shipment tracking systems and resolve transit delays
- Optimize transport routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain accurate documentation of transport activities and compliance records
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for integrated logistics planning
- Analyze transport KPIs and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in transport/logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with carriers
- Knowledge of Philippine transport regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
