Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of the Transport Management System (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Architect scalable full-stack solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.) to handle high transaction volumes.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system reliability and high availability.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and mentor junior developers within the engineering team.
- Integrate third-party logistics APIs and ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend frameworks (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
- Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience with cloud-based database solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
