Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert techno-functional support for Transport Management Systems (TMS), resolving incidents and service requests promptly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within the TMS environment.
- Collaborate with country and regional teams to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions and guidance.
- Perform system configurations, master data maintenance, and user access management for TMS applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and incident resolutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, patches, and new releases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of TMS operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience providing support for Transport Management Systems (e.g., Oracle TMS, SAP TM, BluJay, MercuryGate, Manhattan SCALE, JDA/Blue Yonder, etc.).
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation processes, and supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
