Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in transport management within manufacturing/logistics
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety compliance standards
- Proven experience in fleet management and route optimization
- Proficiency in transport management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent leadership skills with team management experience
- Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record
