As the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our transportation services. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage a team of 50 drivers, providing mentorship and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Develop and implement efficient transport schedules, routes, and logistics plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure full compliance with local traffic laws, safety standards, and company operational policies.
- Monitor fleet performance, coordinate regular maintenance, and manage vehicle replacement strategies.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in transport management or logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of 30+ drivers effectively.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent knowledge of local transport regulations, safety compliance, and hazardous material handling (if applicable).
- Proficiency in using transport management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
