Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and plan daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
- Manage order processing, including documentation preparation and dispatch coordination
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Optimize transport routes to minimize costs and delivery times while maintaining service quality
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues and exceptions
- Maintain accurate transport records and prepare operational reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and shipment tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and Shah Alam/Selangor routes
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
