Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily transport schedules to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transport documentation, including delivery orders, logs, and maintenance reports.
- Optimize routing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Monitor vehicle performance and schedule routine maintenance to prevent operational downtime.
- Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly logistics performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in transport operations or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
