As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for mapping out efficient delivery routes, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and tracking shipments in real-time. You will work closely with warehouse teams and carriers to resolve dispatch delays and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily transport routes to ensure timely deliveries and cost-efficiency.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers to secure shipping capacity and monitor service levels.
- Track active shipments and proactively resolve transit delays, route deviations, or delivery discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel to align loading schedules and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain accurate transport logs, performance metrics, and delivery compliance documentation.
- Analyze transport data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all dispatch and transport operations comply with local transportation laws and company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven work experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or 3PL operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local transport regulations, route optimization techniques, and carrier management.
- Familiarity with Logistics Management Systems (LMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight schedules.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City.
