In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our distribution network, ensuring that our products reach our consumers efficiently, sustainably, and on time.
As a Transport Planner, you will leverage data to streamline route planning, reduce logistics costs, and improve service levels across our complex supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations and logistics partners, to manage transport flows and resolve operational bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute optimized transport plans to ensure timely delivery of goods across the region.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to monitor transport performance and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively resolve transport-related issues, including delays, vehicle capacity concerns, and route disruptions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD) and transport cost per unit.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align transport capacity with production and demand schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all transport operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transport planning, routing, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex logistical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with external transport partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine geography and local logistics regulatory requirements.
