As our Transport Planner, you will oversee the daily dispatch operations, coordinate with our fleet drivers, and implement logistical strategies that optimize delivery routes and reduce transit costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily truck dispatch operations to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor logistics tracking in real-time to ensure timely arrival of shipments and resolve transit delays.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including waybills, logs, and compliance reports.
- Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and propose route optimizations to improve fleet efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and external logistics partners regarding delivery issues.
- Prepare and submit daily status reports regarding fleet performance and distribution metrics.
- Ensure all transport activities strictly adhere to company safety standards and government regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in transport planning, dispatching, or logistics coordination within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to align with operational logistics requirements.
- Knowledge of road networks and transport regulations within the Philippines is highly preferred.
