Asia Brewery Incorporated is looking for a dynamic and experienced Transport Services Head to spearhead our logistics and fleet operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational efficiency of our transportation network, ensuring seamless supply chain management and cost-effective fleet utilization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive transportation strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Oversee fleet management, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle planning to maximize asset efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, safety protocols, and environmental regulations across all transport operations.
- Manage the departmental budget, forecast costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of transport supervisors and drivers.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement and utilize logistics software and technology for route optimization and real-time fleet tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transportation management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing large fleets and logistics operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, traffic regulations, and ISO safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License is an added advantage.
