Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic transport sourcing plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-optimization opportunities in transportation networks
- Monitor KPIs including delivery times, cost per kilometer, and carrier performance
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams for seamless logistics integration
- Implement technology solutions for transport tracking and vendor management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transport sourcing or logistics procurement
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, TMS) and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of Philippine transport regulations and industry standards
- Leadership experience with cross-functional team coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
