Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage driver scheduling and performance monitoring for optimal fleet utilization
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repair services
- Analyze transportation metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Liaise with warehouse and production teams to align logistics activities
- Prepare transportation reports and performance dashboards for management review
- Resolve transportation disruptions and implement contingency plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport supervision or logistics management
- Proficiency in route optimization and fleet management software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine transport regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Valid professional driver's license (Class 1 or equivalent)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
