Are you an experienced leader in transport operations? FairPrice Group Supply Chain is seeking a dedicated Transport Supervisor to oversee our West Region delivery network. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end last-mile delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers. You will be responsible for setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), managing a team of drivers, and maintaining high safety standards. This is a 24-month contract role involving rotating shifts, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team in one of Singapore's largest retail supply chains.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including delivery times, fleet utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Train, supervise, and mentor transport subordinates and drivers to ensure high performance and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, vehicle maintenance schedules, and traffic laws.
- Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to optimize delivery routes and manage fleet logistics.
- Handle operational escalations, resolve delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in transport logistics or supply chain supervision.
- Valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3 or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Good knowledge of transport management systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
