Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Supervise and manage the logistics team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory and delivery flow.
- Monitor fleet performance, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and route optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle any delivery issues or emergencies with prompt and effective solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport supervision or logistics management.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Non-Commercial or Commercial depending on fleet type).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Philippine traffic regulations and logistics compliance standards.
