- Manage and oversee the transportation control tower operations between transporters and customers
- Coordinate daily transportation activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods

- Track shipments, maintain documentation, and resolve transportation issues promptly

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination or supervision
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics software
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
