Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress and track inventory movement to guarantee complete order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to provide accurate updates on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all delivery logs, manifests, and transportation reports.
- Optimize shipping routes and carrier selection to reduce costs and improve overall delivery efficiency.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and delays immediately to minimize operational impact.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
