- Oversee daily transportation operations including dispatch, routing, and delivery coordination
- Manage fleet maintenance schedules and driver performance metrics
- Implement cost-effective transportation strategies while maintaining service standards
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with warehouse and production teams
- Analyze transportation KPIs and implement process improvements
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 3+ years transportation supervision experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Philippine transport regulations (LTFRB, LTO)
- Advanced proficiency in TMS software and route optimization tools
- Proven team leadership with conflict resolution skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 1/2/3)
- Experience managing 10+ vehicle fleets
