Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support for travel accounts, handling bookings and inquiries professionally
- Process travel reservations accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel products, services, and destination information
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times
- Coordinate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college students or graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in computer operations and familiar with online booking systems
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
