Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements
- Create customized travel itineraries including transportation, accommodation, and activities
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services using reservation systems
- Provide expert destination knowledge and travel recommendations to clients
- Handle travel documentation including visa applications and travel insurance
- Resolve travel issues and provide exceptional customer service throughout the journey
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination developments, and promotional offers
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the travel agency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel planning or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with travel reservation systems and software
- In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
