Chan Brothers Travel Pte Ltd is Singapore's most established and trusted travel provider, specializing in creating extraordinary journeys for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Travel Advisor to join our high-performing Private Tours division in our Chinatown headquarters.
As a Travel Advisor for Private Tours, you will be responsible for curating and selling bespoke, tailor-made travel experiences for some of the most discerning travelers in the region. This is not a standard sales role; it is an opportunity to craft lifelong memories. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique travel styles and dreams, translating them into perfectly planned itineraries that include exclusive access, luxury accommodations, and seamless logistics.
Your day-to-day role will involve consulting with clients, designing sophisticated multi-stop itineraries, negotiating with suppliers worldwide, managing complex bookings (flights, hotels, private charters, guides), and providing white-glove service throughout the client's journey. We are looking for a true travel expert who takes pride in offering unmatched destination knowledge and going the extra mile to ensure customer delight, loyalty, and repeat business.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences for private luxury tours.
- Design, price, and sell fully customized private tour itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics, unique experiences, and exceptional value.
- Manage the entire booking process including international flights, luxury hotels/villas, private transfers, guided excursions, and exclusive dining reservations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a global network of DMCs, hoteliers, and service providers to negotiate preferential rates and exclusive access.
- Provide pre-trip documentation, destination guides, and 24/7 support to ensure a flawless travel experience and immediate resolution of any issues.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and manage invoicing and payment processing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, safety protocols, and visa requirements for luxury destinations worldwide.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a frontline Travel Consultant or Travel Advisor role within the luxury travel sector.
- Proven track record of designing and selling complex, high-value (SGD 10k+) private tour itineraries.
- Expert-level knowledge of at least two of the following regions: Europe, North America, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand.
- Advanced proficiency in GDS (Amadeus or Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and closing skills with a confident and polished communication style.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail.
- Relevant travel certifications (e.g., IATA, CAPTA) are strongly preferred.
- Right to work in Singapore.
