Tanggung Jawab
- Assisting clients with travel itineraries, bookings, and reservations.
- Processing travel documents, including visas and passports, under supervision.
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries via phone and email.
- Updating and maintaining customer profiles in the agency management system.
- Researching and promoting travel packages, hotels, and tour packages to potential clients.
- Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings.
- Greeting walk-in clients and directing them to the appropriate department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Strong passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn new processes.
- Available for a full-time internship commitment.
