Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in travel agency management
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales performance
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism landscape and regulations
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in travel reservation systems and CRM software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
