Tanggung Jawab
- Create and customize comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to individual and group client needs.
- Provide expert advice on international and domestic destinations, including local customs, weather, and cultural etiquette.
- Manage end-to-end travel documentation, including visa guidance, passport requirements, and travel insurance inquiries.
- Advise clients on budget-friendly travel options while maximizing the value of their vacation experience.
- Provide proactive support for itinerary changes, flight cancellations, or emergency travel assistance.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, airlines, and hotel partners to secure exclusive deals for clients.
- Process bookings, payments, and confirmations accurately within the company's travel management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when handling urgent travel itinerary changes.
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or modern online travel booking platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client budgets simultaneously.
- Strong passion for travel and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
