As a Travel Agent, you will go beyond just booking flights. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate diverse destinations, local customs, and intricate travel documentation requirements. Your ability to balance budget constraints with high-quality travel options while maintaining exceptional communication will be key to our clients' success and satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Create and customize comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to individual and group client needs.
  • Provide expert advice on international and domestic destinations, including local customs, weather, and cultural etiquette.
  • Manage end-to-end travel documentation, including visa guidance, passport requirements, and travel insurance inquiries.
  • Advise clients on budget-friendly travel options while maximizing the value of their vacation experience.
  • Provide proactive support for itinerary changes, flight cancellations, or emergency travel assistance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, airlines, and hotel partners to secure exclusive deals for clients.
  • Process bookings, payments, and confirmations accurately within the company's travel management system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when handling urgent travel itinerary changes.
  • Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or modern online travel booking platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong passion for travel and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
