As a Travel Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of travel planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and sell transportation and accommodations for travel clients.
- Advise clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and relevant travel requirements (visas, vaccinations).
- Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, and hotels to secure bookings and competitive rates.
- Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle travel issues, complaints, and changes in itineraries efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and industry regulations.
- Manage booking systems and maintain accurate client records.
- Promote and sell travel packages and ancillary services to increase revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar hospitality/tourism role.
- Excellent knowledge of travel software (GDS systems, booking platforms) and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for sales and customer persuasion.
- Fluency in English and Filipino; ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Travel & Tourism is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle travel emergencies effectively.
- Passion for travel and willingness to stay updated on global destinations.
