In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our guest journey, ensuring that every stay is seamless, memorable, and perfectly curated. From managing bookings and inquiries to coordinating unique local experiences, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as a premier retreat destination. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of island hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering world-class service to our international clientele.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end guest bookings, inquiries, and travel arrangements with professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure total satisfaction.
- Design and curate bespoke retreat itineraries, including transportation, local excursions, and wellness activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure room preparation and special requests are fulfilled to high standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and activity providers to secure unique experiences for our guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and provide insightful recommendations about local attractions and hidden gems in Bali.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in travel coordination, hospitality management, or retreat organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Passion for sustainable tourism and a deep appreciation for Balinese culture and the local landscape.
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and welcoming demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency with booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional, personalized guest experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
