Your primary focus will be handling online and telephone reservations, ensuring that every flight, hotel stay, and itinerary is arranged with precision and care. You will serve as the first point of contact for travelers, addressing inquiries, offering destination recommendations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the booking process. Tanggung Jawab
- Process air ticket reservations and bookings via telephone and online channels efficiently.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve booking discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and send detailed travel itineraries and confirmations to clients.
- Research and recommend travel packages that best suit client preferences and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations and transactions in the system.
- Stay updated on global travel policies, visa requirements, and airline schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in travel reservations or a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
