Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for travelers and hospitality partners.
  • Manage booking inquiries, amendments, and cancellations with high attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction rates.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, company policies, and hospitality industry trends.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting individual key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment (Travel/Hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Educational background in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
