Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Process travel reservations and itineraries using travel booking systems and ensure all details are correct.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Maintain and update client records and travel preferences in the company database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in travel agency operations, ticketing, or customer service.
- Proficient in using travel booking software and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
