Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and execute diverse tour itineraries and packages across Bali, ensuring unique and engaging experiences.
- Manage daily tour operations, including logistics, scheduling, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of tour guides and operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any operational issues.
- Monitor and manage tour budgets, negotiating with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and quality services.
- Conduct market research to identify new tourism trends, potential destinations, and opportunities for innovation.
- Uphold and enforce all safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages and achieve sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in tour operations, travel management, or a similar leadership role within the tourism industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Bali's tourist attractions, culture, logistics, and local regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable travel experiences.
- Proficiency in using tour management software and standard office applications.
