- Manage and process corporate travel bookings using GDS tools (Amadeus/Sabre)
- Coordinate regional travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the travel operations team
- Resolve travel-related issues and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate client profiles and travel documentation systems
