Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound travel inquiries from Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds for flights, hotels, and travel packages.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service disruptions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation partners to ensure seamless travel logistics.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and upsell value-added services.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written) is mandatory. Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, Call Centre, or Travel & Hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help and serve others.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience in any related field.
