Tanggung Jawab
- Sell and promote tour packages to clients, providing detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and pricing
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing prompt and accurate responses
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel requirements
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Process bookings, payments, and necessary travel documentation for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide the most current information
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues during the travel planning process
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel agency or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian destinations and travel industry practices
- Proficient in using reservation systems, booking platforms, and office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Valid travel industry certifications are a plus
