Tanggung Jawab

  • Sell and promote tour packages to clients, providing detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and pricing
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel requirements
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Process bookings, payments, and necessary travel documentation for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide the most current information
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues during the travel planning process

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel agency or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian destinations and travel industry practices
  • Proficient in using reservation systems, booking platforms, and office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
  • Valid travel industry certifications are a plus
